Mentoring Volunteer

The Mentoring Program at EEH matches adult mentors with middle school youth who have been selected by EEH staff over the course of a year. Mentoring takes place as an extension of the Middle-School After-School Program. Time is spent with youth at the program site, and additional opportunities are provided for activities in the community, in the workplace, or other appropriate locations.

Farmer's Market Volunteer

East End House brings fresh produce and canned foods, as well as entertainment, to low-income housing complexes for seniors and people with disabilities. Volunteers will assist in all aspects of the Farmer's Market, including transporting food, loading and unloading, set-up, bagging and handing out food, break-down and clean-up.

Food Pantry Volunteer

As part of this approach, East End House provides support services to a diverse population, from infants to seniors, to strengthen family and community.
